The Thematic Day on Biomechanics and Biomaterials organized by Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC) will took place on 6 November 2025 at the Biomedical reserch center of Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC).
The event gathered researchers from the MSME laboratory, the Mondor Institute of Biomedical Research (IMRB), the Bioengineering Tissue and Neuroplasticity Laboratory (BioTN), the Material Chemistry Institute of Paris (ICMPE). This thematic day aimed to foster interdisciplinary exchanges and collaborations in the fields of biomechanics and biomaterials, addressing current challenges and advancements in these areas at UPEC.
In particular, tt was an great opportinity to discuss potential collaborations on the topic of mechanical modeling of muscle distrophies.
